CajaFlow Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CajaFlow platform, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by CajaFlow (“CajaFlow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account Security
You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and operating a lawful business to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Subscription & Payment
CajaFlow offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued access requires payment of the posted subscription fees. Fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel anytime from the billing settings page.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized resale of the Services is prohibited.
4. Data Ownership & Cancellation
You retain ownership of inventory, sales, customer, and financial data you input into the Services. By using the Services, you grant CajaFlow a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Services. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your data until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account and data will be securely deleted from our systems.
5. Intellectual Property
CajaFlow and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, trademarks, and content. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CajaFlow disclaims all implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months prior to the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CajaFlow harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction as mutually agreed by the parties.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CajaFlow regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
