How It All Started

In 2017, our founder Alonso Freitas Leite saw a problem that kept repeating itself: small shop owners in Brazil were drowning in spreadsheets, losing sales to stockouts, and had no clear picture of their profits.

With over 15 years of experience in IT, marketing, and sales, Alonso knew there had to be a better way. He built SMB Store, a simple, affordable system designed specifically for small retailers who run everything themselves.

What started as a solution for a few local shops grew into something much bigger. Today, SMB Store serves over 30,000 retailers across Brazil, has processed over 910 million sales, and maintains a 93% customer satisfaction rating.

Now, we're bringing that same proven solution to small retailers in the United States and Latin America as CajaFlow.
